Andreea Constantinescu

Andreea is the founder of Liminal Capital and a dedicated climate tech investor. She was previously Managing Partner at Planet First Partners, a €450 million AUM climate investment fund, where she established the firm’s climate strategy, supported fundraising efforts, helped scale the team, and led investments in Sunfire, Submer, and Nanogence.

Prior to focusing full-time on climate tech in 2020, Andreea spent over 15 years in investment roles across private equity and public markets. She began her career at Goldman Sachs in New York, advising consumer and retail companies on mergers and acquisitions. Her foundational experience as an investor was shaped at CVC Capital, where she focused on scaling companies in emerging markets across diverse sectors.
In 2018, she co-founded ESGine, a technology platform designed to streamline ESG management for the financial services industry.

In her free time, Andreea seeks out remote surf breaks and mountain trails, reconnecting with what matters most: nature in all its raw and grounding beauty.​
